- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 carrot
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 1 bay leaf
- Sauté onions and garlic (about 10 min).
- Add celery, carrots, salt and pepper (about 10 min).
- Add tomatoes and bay leaf, simmer (about 1 hour).
- Remove bay leaf, add salt and pepper.
- Yummy.
